You should eat about 2,000 calories per day. Unfortunately, you're in pretty good shape, so do not worry too much. Just watch out for fat, carbohydrates, sugars, etc. also. Not only can the calories and forget everything else. But since you sound like you are in good shape and do everything for your health and the strengthening of the 2000 calories is fine. It is a healthy way to a healthy person to eat. If you eat enough calories, your body goes into "starvation" mode and tries to store every calorie it can, and you can gain weight, or their lumps in the abdomen "in size. But do you a bit and is Only 15 Thus if you cut the things that your body needs, it is not good. You're still in puberty, it (like it or not lol), so you burn calories faster than if you enjoy 30th it while you can!
Just go with smaller portions and exercise and everything will be alright. Try exercises is to promote the abdominal area Your stomachHough, such as crunches and bends and materials, as well as running or cycling.
Good luck!
800-1000 calories per day is good
What is important is not how much. Most important, as the energy loss obtained. The more you eat - need to move more:)

Some say, dieticians, multiply your weight x 15 and is the number of calories you should eat each day to maintain weight. If you want to, weight, subtract 52 calories per day for each book you want to lose to lose per week.
Here is what to do if you are on a diet and care are serious. Eat 6 small meals a day, approximately 4 hours. Here is what you are doing yourself, your metabolism (bulk density, increase, for example) and you will have more ENGRY. If you are on a diet and eat less, it slows down your metabolism and store fat. Therefore, diet dont work. Only the size of your fist, carbs (examples: baked potato, pasta, oatmeal, beans, corn, melon, apple, low-fat yogurt, whole wheat bread) in one and Protien (examples: white chicken, swordfish, shrimp, turkey breast) in the other. You can even eat vegetables and salads with every meal, they DONT have) little or no fat. 30min cardo exercise every day. One of these works (such as jogging, swimming, running, cycling, etc.), Ricardo Monday, March upper body (arms, biceps, triceps extensions, pull ups, front) (abdominals: LEG push / pull crisis, leg lifts) to move (chest: bench press, butterfly, pullover) (shoulders: front press, on the arm, cross county skier machine) (back: Rowing, Lat pull down -, back extension) (You do not need to do in one dayMix) Ricardo Wednesdays, Thursdays lower body (legs: take your arm, leg press, squats, lounges) cardo Fri, Sat upper. Sunday eat what you want and not exercise, do so on Sunday, not so that the body go into starvation. You should remove Domingo. If you Stilcken with him, you have a great body. Also drink aleast 8oz of water per day! Stay away from McDonalds, Wendys, etc., because there is no good for you in the menu that salads are bad beaon (bits, Cheeze, dressing, etc.) Good luck:)
