Is it normal to get your period right after taking Plan B? - plan b online

The last day of my term in office was Friday the 25th July. On Saturday, the 26th, a friend and I had sex and the condom broke. He immediately took the Plan B for lunch, then the second pill 12 hours later. Three days later, on Tuesday, 29 I started to bleed. At first I thought it was stained, but he was a full term, and now I bleed a little. Is this normal? Is this really a deadline or it could be something else? Any tips? Line of research, I have done says that Plan B is actually sent extend the time and later. This is the first time such a thing happens to me all the time, were sexually active, and information / advice would be greatly appreciated.
