Honey Processing Plant How Do Bees Process Nectar?

How do bees process nectar? - honey processing plant

From what I understand, the bees collect nectar from plants and the return to the floor for processing, where it can do two things: make make honey and beeswax. But it is a kind of road that separates the nectar so they can get the honey from plant sugars, wax and vegetable oils. But what is this process of separation? Had the separation of sugar and oil through a kind of enzymes? And this thing runs enzyme processing in the mouth and then (spit or so)? How does it work?
